Important update (19 March 2026): 

Due to overwhelming demand, we have reached our maximum venue capacity. Participants who submitted an abstract but have not yet completed their registration will receive a direct, private link via email to secure their spot.

Registration is open to participants from both academia and industry. It is mandatory and can only be completed here. Registration includes participation in the meeting and session breaks. This is offered at cost to make the overall price of the event more accessible.

Cancellation Policy:
Until 01 May 2026, we will reimburse 50 euros less than the initial payment. This is to cover the charges, taxes, and transfer costs.

Accommodation

The conference will take place at the AquaHotel Onabrava & Spa.
We chose this place because it provides a tranquil and comfortable ambiance, ideal for focused exchanges and productive discussions.

Book earlier to get a better offer

To ensure the best conference experience, we strongly advise staying at the venue and selecting the half-board option (breakfast & dinner). The hotel offers this package at an attractive rate, which is far more cost-effective than dining out.

Choosing this option not only saves costs but also maximizes networking opportunities, allowing discussions to continue seamlessly over dinner and through the evening with fellow attendees. If you already booked your reservation, you may contact the hotel to modify it.

Additionally, the program features an extended afternoon interval. This time is provided to facilitate ad-hoc meetings, small group discussions, or personal downtime, allowing you to recharge or explore the local surroundings before the evening sessions.

Arriving at the conference

By train: From Barcelona, take the train to Santa Susanna (approx. 1 h 10). The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station.
Alternatively, you may take a train to Girona and then a taxi to the hotel (approx. 40 min).

By taxi: Taxis are available directly from Barcelona Airport. Several transport companies operate on this route.
